Steve's Verde Hott Pork Chops


6 Each Boneless pork chops

 Smoked Applewood Salt (To Taste)

1 Tbs Crushed Black Pepper

 1 Tbs Ground Cumin

 NW Elixirs Verde Hott #2.


Pat chops dry, rub with spices. Sear in a cast iron skillet a few minutes on each side and finish up in a 400 degree oven for a few minutes. Slather with NW Elixirs Verde Hott  #2. Make twice as much as you think you'll want.
