Spicy Grilled Shrimp


1# Peeled and Deveined shrimp
3T NW Elixirs Hott Sauce #1
¼ t Salt


Bamboo skewers enough for all shrimp

Combine shrimp, Hott Sauce, and salt in a large plastic bag and shake to coat. Allow to marinate for 30 minutes. Place two shrimp onto each skewer and grill on high heat for 3 minutes on each side. Place onto serving platter and garnish with limes and Extra Hott Sauce.
