Crock Pot Pulled Pork



3 lbs Pork Shoulder 
Fl. Oz. Red Wine
¼ cup NW Elixirs Hott Sauce #1                                     
Fl. Oz. Cold Water
oz. (about 2) Whole Garlic Cloves
Tablespoon Kosher Salt


Place all ingredients into a crock pot and slow cook for 6 hours. Remove from crock pot and place into bowl and pull apart with tongs.
