Lamb Burger

Makes 8 Patties


4 # Suddan farms lamb shoulder (ground)
3oz Red onion (chopped)
1 T Toasted and ground cumin
1 t ground cinnamon
1 bu Fresh Mint (leaves picked)
1 cup Bread crumbs


In a food processor, puree onion, mint, cumin and, cinnamon.  Add puree to lamb in large bowl and mix well. Make patties into  8 oz rounds. Throw’em and the grill 7 minutes on each side. Add your favorite condiments and serve.
